Team and Club Tents
Support your riders and be part of the event village by booking a team or club tent site at the 2026 GWM Mountain Bike National Championships.
Team tents provide a dedicated base for riders, coaches and supporters across the event.. Spaces are limited and available in two sizes:
- 3m x 3m site – $200
- 6m x 3m site – $300
We encourage teams, clubs and squads to secure their site early to avoid missing out.
Vendor and Expo Spaces
We’re inviting retailers, brands and industry partners to join the event village and support athletes by showcasing their products on site.
Vendor and expo spaces are a great opportunity to connect directly with the mountain bike community.
Vendor spaces are limited and subject to availability.
Important information for Confirmed Exhibitors and Crews
All confirmed exhibitors, vendors and crews must review the 2026 GWM Mountain Bike National Championships Exhibitor Manual prior to arrival.
The manual includes essential information such as venue maps, access points, bump-in and bump-out schedules, parking arrangements, site requirements, safety guidelines, insurance obligations and key event contacts. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with this information to help ensure a smooth, safe and well-run event for all involved.
